French Foliage - Stamp of the Month October 2012

Hello Stampers,

October's Stamp of the Month is French Foliage - this is a lovely stamp set that has both leaves for autum projects and french themed stamps too!  I love the french script and cancelled Paris postmark and use it on so many of my projects teamed with other collage type stamps.

Here's some samples using this set that I received as part of the Founder's Circle swap this year.

 

This card uses the masking technique and was created by Lynsay Mahon. 

Lynsay masked off the white spaces and sponged colour into the open space and spritzed it with shimmer paint mixed with alcohol - it's gorgeous in real life!

She then removed the mask and stamp the leaves and splatter images and added her greeting.

A simple one layer card but so elegant!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This card uses a collage technique - just layer the images one on top of the other - awesome masculine birthday card!

This card uses the same masking technique as Lynsay's card but the images are stamped inside the frame before it's removed.  The frame is created using our Window Framelits - just create a stencil and sponge inside.  The masked image is framed using the Paper-Piercing Pack to add some dimension and the entire card is spritzed using our Colour Spritzer tool and markers.
